About Us

Originally founded in 2004 by Regan Rogerson, 208 Entertainment Inc. is a Canadian leader in effective Corporate, Entertainment &
Web-Video productions for the health & fitness industry. From modest beginnings 208Ei quickly flourished and established its
trademark reputation as a company with the ability to develop, finance, shoot, edit and deliver effective fitness media with studios in
Toronto, Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Notable productions to date include the Body-Solid total body workout (100,000+ copies
distributed worldwide) and Go! Vitality Training Series which was named the #1 cross training DVD in North America and top 10 overall
by Best Health magazine in 2009.

Infrastructure
208 Entertainment Inc. retains a full range of shooting locations, production equipment and facilities. Striving to keep a low overhead
and incorporating Co-op video shoots, in house financing, retainer services and a strong investment into our post and production
infrastructure affords 208 Entertainment the unique ability to put more production bang on the screen for each production dollar our
clients invest in their project.

Distribution
In 2008, 208 Entertainment launched a distribution division called "Fitness DVD Shop". Fitness DVD Shop has grown to be a leader in
Health & Fitness video distribution for specialty markets across North America and abroad. Focusing on the often overlooked health &
fitness specialty market enabled Fitness DVD Shop the opportunity to forge distributon agreements with leading fitness retailers such
as Fitness Depot, Sears Canada, The Shopping Channel, U.S. based Fitness Factory, Fitness Organica and the Australian Fitness
Network. 208 Entertainment has also had the opportunity to work with other major distribution companies which has opened doors to
large retail chains including Loblaws, Indigo, Chapters, Costco, Zellers, HMV and more.

Our mission has always been to assist fitness presenters in getting product into the marketplace without the unnecessary 75-90%
loss of product revenue (average distributer take after "expense"). Fitness DVD Shop is paid a minimal fee and offers maximum
